  • Alaska Radiology Associates takes pride in providing quality reporting and face to face or telephone consultations with the referring physicians.
  • One-fourth of ARA radiologists have dual fellowship training

Breast Imaging

We developed three Breast Centers of Excellence in Alaska: two in Anchorage and the first and only center in the Mat-Su valley. Our breast imagers are the first and most experienced 3D mammographers in Alaska.

Neuro Expertise

Our Neuroradiologists are the only in Alaska leveraging software designed for physicians making quantitative MRI measurement a routine part of clinical practice when assessing brain structures.

The software creates five different reports to better aid physicians in their assessment of neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Epilepsy, Brain Trauma, Multiple Sclerosis and brain development in children ages 3 and under

Musculoskeletal Imaging

We introduced 100% subspecialty interpretations of musculoskeletal CT and MRI. We also introduced Alaska’s first dedicated metal suppression MRI service of imaging orthopedic implants.
